Guidance
Guide: noun
- a person who exhibits and explains points of interest
Life is complex.
Sometimes people need a little help. Not in a negative way, but for a flourishing reason. I find from personal experience, that flourishing can feel difficult when the following situations happen:
- You're an audio engineer with limited support in making productions happen day after day, week after week.
- You're a non-profit leader trying to survive and the money is slow and mission is fast.
- You're a Traditional Christian serving God but feeling like something is missing, life isn't peace-filled like you expected.
- You're a person working hard in life, but there just seems to be too much to do in not enough time.
Wherever you find yourself, I wonder if together we can discover what you are looking for that would help build your path towards peace.

About CL Music Initiatives
Connor Lott Initiatives is a non–profit and for-profit hybrid, serving individuals and organizations nationally, especially in the music production industry, through holistic support, skill training, and income opportunities, by providing sacred experiences, resourcing, community, coaching, and consulting services.
My vision is for people (especially production personnel, artists, and non-profit staff) to live sustainable holistic healthy lives personally and professionally.
My mission is to provide holistic guidance to support individuals transitioning from where they are currently, to living in deep peace, now.
I am accomplishing this mission through three key pathways: embrace, equip, and empower.
- Embrace: support the whole person by providing sacred space and opportunities to grow in awareness, healing, and clarity of sustainability.
- Equip: provide key resources, skillsets, and community to uplift individuals from their current roadblocks.
- Empower: provide opportunities to integrate skills, build experience, save money, and generate income.
